The Alliance for Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, and Systems Biology (ABCS) at Texas A&M

 

Texas A&M University has an active and expanding interdisciplinary research and educational program in bioinformatics, computational biology and systems biology. The objective of the Alliance for Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, and Systems Biology (ABCS) is to bring together researchers at TAMU in the broad areas of covered by ABCS and to build communities and facilitate synergistic research and educational activities.

 

Announcement: ABCS Workshop to be held February 22-23, 2008

 

ABCS is organizing a Workshop on Bioinformatics, Computational Biology and Systems Biology on February 22-23, 2008 at Texas A&M University. The program will include keynote talks by Ken Dill, Michael Levitt, and Terry Speed, several technical sessions, and a poster session. The technical sessions and the poster session will present current research at Texas A&M and nearby institutions. Participation at the workshop is open to all. All participants are encouraged to contribute to the poster session that will be held on Friday evening.
